Kindly Communication is an invite-only platform designed to ensure hassle-free communication between the staff of old age homes and their residents. Built using the low-code platform Bubble.io, Kindly Communication is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that allows multiple old age homes to register and manage their communication needs efficiently.
Key Features:
1. User Management :
- Role-Based Access: The platform manages users and restricts access based on their roles, ensuring secure and appropriate use. The type of user include - Admin, Management, Staff, Read only and Resident.
2. For Staff :
- Activity Announcements : Staff can inform residents about various activities organized by the old age home.
- Important Notices : Staff can update residents on important notices related to health, entertainment, wellness, and more.
- Event Notifications : Staff can notify residents about important events happening in the old age home.
- Activity Creation : Staff can create various type of activities for Resident to apply.
- Booking Management : Staff have to manage the booking of Residents and mark their attendance and provide relevant notifications and updates.
3. For Residents :
- Activity Booking : Residents can book their slots for activities based on availability, making it easy to participate in events.
- Away Date Applications : Residents can submit requests for dates they plan to be away directly through the platform.
- Effective Communication : Enables clear and direct communication between staff and residents, reducing misunderstandings and ensuring everyone is informed.
- Convenient Updates : Residents receive timely updates on activities and important notices, enhancing their overall experience.
